Job Description

We are seeking a paramedic leader who is committed to excellence in patient care and community service. Reporting to the Director, the Quality Assurance and Community Programs Manager is responsible for the day to day monitoring, measuring, assessing and improving the delivery of the Grey County Paramedic and related services, according to recognized standards and County policy. The mandate includes but is not limited to the development, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of the Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (CQI), continuing education for all staff, the management of community paramedic and public access defibrillation programs. The successful Quality Assurance and Community Programs Manager will be a strong team player who fosters a co-operative team environment and coaches staff to their highest practical standard.
