The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in training, development, and delivery, alongside proficiency in scheduling and personnel management systems. A deep understanding of Paramedic Services protocols, medical directives, and compliance standards is essential. Excellent organizational capabilities are required to plan and manage multiple demands efficiently, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills for handling research-related tasks. The successful candidate will also be adept at multitasking, managing challenging situations, and working within tight timelines, along with proficiency in performance management and evaluation techniques. Additional qualifications for this position include: • Primary or Advanced Care Paramedic certification, with authorization to perform delegated acts under a Base Hospital or equivalent healthcare/management background. • Valid certification and license as required by regulatory bodies. • Five (5) years of experience in Paramedic Services or a related healthcare environment. Previous supervisory responsibilities are a strong asset. • Demonstrated experience in training, evaluation, and operations oversight.
