Reporting to the Director/Chief of Hamilton Paramedic Service, the Executive Manager/Deputy Chief provides strategic and operational leadership for the Service's Logistics and Support Section portfolio, encompassing finance, procurement, fleet, facilities, supply chain, technology, and process improvement. The role directs multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets, oversees performance, risk, and asset management frameworks, and ensures compliance with corporate policy and legislative requirements. The Executive Manager/Deputy Chief builds and maintains strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, leads and develops management and staff, oversees procurement and contract management activities, and represents the Service before Council and through committees, reports, and presentations.
