16 Jun For Members: PSHSA Paramedic Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Draft Standard is available for review
The draft of the Z1003.1 standard, Paramedic Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, has been posted on the CSA Public Review website (link below). The draft is available for public review and comment for 60 days. All CSA Public Review drafts are reviewed on-line and comments from the public must be posted on-line. The draft cannot be downloaded from the site. Please go ahead and advise any colleagues / associations / stakeholders that the draft is now available for public review and send them the link below. The Public Review period closes August 16th, 2017. You can instruct anyone to contact me if they have any difficulty in accessing the public review site or posting comments.
Note that the draft has been somewhat reformatted for our Public Review System. The Annex A guidance clauses has been incorporated in the Blue text clauses which now makes the standard easier to read. As a result, the Guidance Annexes have been reordered. I have posted the Public
Review draft version for your reference on the committee website. A meeting of the Technical Committee will take place following the Public Review period (aim for dates in September).
