The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of the community paramedic programs within the City of Guelph and County of Wellington. Reporting to the Chief/ Deputy Chief with a focus on quality customer service and continuous improvement processes, this position will provide leadership to Superintendents, Paramedics, and support staff. Guided by goals and objectives of the City of Guelph’s Corporate Strategic Plan and committed to the Corporate Values of integrity, service, inclusion, wellness and learning, the candidate will aid in the achievement of the Community Vision for an inclusive, connected, prosperous city.
