Perth County Paramedic Services (PCPS) is seeking Paramedics interested in working as members of the PCPS Mobile Integrated Health Team. Reporting to the Commander of Mobile Integrated Health, Community Paramedics provide health care services to the citizens of Perth County, bridging gaps in health care provision for isolated and vulnerable populations while working with system partners to execute care plans and support individuals in their homes. This fast-paced and evolving role includes, but is not limited to, providing immunizations, in-home assessments, medical support, and coordinated care and referrals. This will require a one year minimum commitment to the role.
