Reporting to the Director & Chief, Paramedic Services, the Deputy Chief of Operations is responsible for providing leadership in the management and operational supervision of paramedic services. The Deputy Chief, Operations will develop, design, and implement functional policies and programs that facilitate changes in overall business performance based on long term needs and strategic goals. The Deputy Chief, Operations will also be responsible for managing operational and emergency preparedness, investigation processes, continuous quality improvement initiatives; and implementing risk management strategies.
