Job Description
Reporting to the Commander, Community Safety & Planning, you will provide general leadership to the Community Paramedicine Program (CPP). Responsibilities include working collaboratively with numerous health care agencies such as the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), Health Link, Ontario Health, family health care teams, etc., to co-ordinate care and other services for patients living with complex underlying conditions.
