Job Description

Commander – Quality Assurance & Training, reporting to the Deputy Chief, will manage and develop Paramedic staff education and training, provide analysis of patient care records data to identify trends and patterns. The Commander will ensure all work completed is in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and departmental/corporate policies and procedures. Additionally the Commander will ensure that paramedics are appropriately trained and educated as per the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care educational requirements.
